Commission

Quarterly board pack drawing

The same plates redrawn each quarter from your updated rent roll, so the committee sees movement rather than a one-off snapshot.

Long boardroom table prepared for a meeting

Who it is for

Asset managers who already have a visual language for the fund and need it kept current through the year.

What you leave with

A quarterly pack that matches the previous quarter’s layout so directors can compare like with like.

Scope

Refresh of an agreed plate set. New views are a change request, not part of the retainer.

Included

  • Diary for four packs in a calendar year
  • Source intake window of five working days each quarter
  • Commentary captions rewritten where occupancy or income has moved

Not included

  • Ad-hoc plates for a sudden disposal unless scoped
  • Minute-taking at the board

Who draws it

Toolkitcraftcore, same draughtspeople as the original commission where possible.

How the work runs

  1. Sources arrive in the agreed window.
  2. We flag mismatches against last quarter.
  3. Pack issued five working days before your board date, if sources were on time.

Time

Retainer by the year; each pack is a two-week drawing window.

Where and how it is delivered

PDF by the same transfer method as the original commission.

What to prepare

Keep column names stable from quarter to quarter.

Limits we will not blur

Late sources slip the board date; we will not silently drop lots to make a deadline.

Fees

From £2,200 plus VAT per quarter for an existing plate set under 60 lots.

Next step
