Refunds and cancellations

These rules apply to holdings sittings, portfolio dashboard commissions, quarterly redraws, acquisition plates, occupancy maps, and narrative pages. They do not apply to goods we do not sell, to hosted screens, or to subscriptions, because we do not offer those.

Eligibility

A refund is considered when you cancel in writing to hello@toolkitcraftcore.click before the agreed sitting or before drawing has started, or when we are unable to attend a sitting we confirmed.

Timeframe

Ask within fourteen days of the event you are disputing (a missed sitting, a pack you rejected at proof stage, or a print fault). Older invoices are treated as closed unless we agree otherwise.

Full or partial refunds

If you cancel a holdings sitting with more than five working days’ notice, the sitting fee is refunded in full minus any non-refundable travel already bought at your request. Inside five working days we keep fifty per cent of the sitting fee unless we can fill the morning.

For drawing work, a deposit is due before drafts. If you cancel after we have opened your rent roll but before first proofs, we refund the balance after deducting time already spent, billed against the quote in half-day units. After you have approved proofs, fees for that stage are not returned.

Non-refundable items

Couriered A1 maps that left the printer as specified, travel bought at your instruction, and time spent reconciling unit names you later withdraw are not refundable. Quarterly redraw fees for a pack already issued are not refundable.

Work already started

Opening files, marking mismatches, and laying out a first plate count as started work. A change of committee date does not by itself entitle you to a refund of that time.

Purchased materials

Paper, boards, and print that we ordered for your maps cannot be restocked. If print is faulty (wrong size, unreadable copper marks), we reprint or refund the print line only.

No-shows and rescheduling

If you do not attend a confirmed sitting and do not telephone 07900922757 the same morning, the sitting fee is forfeited. One reschedule with three working days’ notice is allowed without extra charge; further moves may be billed as a new sitting.

Deposits

Deposits secure a drawing window ahead of a committee date. They are applied to the final invoice. They are refundable only under the cancellation rules above.

How to ask

Write to hello@toolkitcraftcore.click with the fund name, invoice number, and whether you want a refund or a credit against a later pack. We reply within five working days.

Method and processing time

Approved refunds return by the same bank transfer or card route as the original payment, usually within ten working days after we agree the amount. We do not send cash.

Exceptions

If our draft plates materially omit a view that the engagement letter listed, you may refuse that stage and receive a refund of fees for the omitted view, or we will draw it at no extra charge. Differences of taste about colour, once you have approved a key in the holdings sitting, are not a ground for refund.
