From £1,450 plus VAT for a half day at 71 Cunnery Rd or at your office in England. The sitting produces an agreed plate list and a source checklist. It is not the finished pack.
Fees, stated as starting points
Lot count, the state of the rent roll, and whether a usable estate plan exists all move the figure. The numbers below are recent starting points in pounds sterling, plus VAT. They are not a menu you can click through without a note from us.
Portfolio dashboard commission
Quoted after we have seen lot count and source files. Industrial mandates of thirty to fifty lots have recently come in between £4,800 and £8,600 plus VAT, including one revision and two A1 maps. Mixed-use funds and anything above eighty lots are scoped separately.
Quarterly redraw
From £2,200 plus VAT each quarter once a plate set exists and column names stay stable. New views are a change request.
Other drawing
Acquisition plates from £1,900 plus VAT for one target. Occupancy mapping from £2,400 plus VAT for a park under forty units with a usable base plan. Narrative pages from £1,100 plus VAT when the plates already exist.
What changes the quote
- Unit names that do not match the estate plan
- Break options missing from the schedule
- More than one currency or a non-UK tail of lots
- A committee date inside ten working days
- House colours that must be matched from a faded letterhead rather than vector artwork
Travel outside a reasonable day trip from Magdalen Laver is billed at cost. We do not sell monthly access to a screen.
